KY Social Media Ban & Registration of Identifiers Struck Down!

Today there was a major development in a lawsuit pushed by KYCFR — a federal court in Kentucky struck down the state law banning people on the registry from social media as well as the law that required them to register their online identifiers with law enforcement. We do not yet know if the state plans to appeal the decision. We’re advising people to hold off until we know more, and until the decision is final — however, this means that for people on the registry, being able to participate in social media is likely imminent.
